Our detached villa is located in a spectacular panoramic location in Montescudaio, just 11 km from the beaches of the Etruscan coast. The villa is situated within 2.2 hectares of garden and parkland with 185 olive trees and plenty of  fruit trees, including plum, cherry, fig, apple, pear, apricot, walnut. Beyond the well-kept gardens, the house enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the sea and Tuscan hills!

The house has 5 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and hosts up to 10 guests.

The house is split into 2 floors, with the ground floor comprising a hallway, a verey large living room and dining room, a bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen and pantry. Oh, and not to forget, the huge pizza oven.

Leading out from the kitchen there is a large, covered terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view to the sea and the beautiful hills of the Val di Cecina. The covered terrace has a large dining table and chairs, along with a gas barbecue, and seating area. The swimming pool is located directly next to the terrace and its infinity wall allows you to soak up the spectacular panorama whilst relaxing in the pool.

A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find five double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom also enjoys a large outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the sea, the Cecina valley and even the beautiful Tuscan town of Volterra.

Each bedroom boasts its own comfortable ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin. One has a bath and shower.

The villa has excellent facilities for all of your short stay needs. We also provide bed linen and towels for your stay.
