The rental rate is for the exclusive use of the villa and its amenities.
All reservations will incur an additional cost of €250 for final cleaning.
Pets are welcome at a charge of €75 per week.
We will regularly update the weekly rental rates in case of any changes due to running costs and market conditions.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at our discretion. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and will not then change for that booking.
